Brandon Cook of Mobile, Alabama took this trophy Javelina with guide Thomas Francis on November 12, 2005 while hunting the King Ranch in South Texas. The taxidermist in Kingsville confirmed that since he opened for business in 1963 he has mounted thousands of exceptional Javelina. However, he confirmed that the teeth on this Javelina are the longest he has ever seen during his 42 years of business. The K-9's measured just over 2 1/4 inches making this Javelina a record book kill.
